Thanks to the experimental and bold approach that has always set us apart, this year at Cersaie we at Refin once again presented innovative ceramic solutions and distinctive design options for the world of architecture.
We presented our new collections within a warm, material, and welcoming space, completely renovated by Studio Salaris to align with contemporary interior design languages and the aesthetic research behind our creations: Myra, a contemporary interpretation of the warmth of earth and terracotta heritage; Core, which unleashes the structural essence of concrete; Palladia, which recombines marble fragments into dynamic and unrepeatable surfaces; and Eidos, an expression of the purest, most subtle trace of limestone.
MYRA
In Myra, we reinterpreted the heritage of terracotta, handcrafted clays, and artisanal resins with a contemporary and minimal language. The surface exhibits a dual nature: the understated harmony of the uniform background and the vibrant character of the Tracce variant, featuring emerging small pebbles. The color palette offers six warm shades – Calce, Creta, Argilla, Biscotto, Corda, and Terracotta – in sizes ranging from 30×60 to 120×120 cm. Completing the range are the Tassello Macro and Micro mosaics and the refined Intreccio Mosaic.
PALLADIA
Palladia represents our interpretation of classic palladiana paving, in a calculated chaos of strong architectural value. The marble-effect fragments merge into dynamic, unrepeatable surfaces, bringing back the charm of ancient craftsmanship with a contemporary sensitivity. Available in the 120×120 cm size, the collection offers three chromatic identities – the luminous Luce, the iridescent Iride, and the warm Aurea – available in Matt (more tactile and understated) and Lucida (intense and brilliant) finishes.
CORE
With Core, we brought concrete back to its most authentic essence, drawing inspiration from brutalist aesthetics while warming it up for contemporary spaces. The surface reveals a stippled texture rich in tactile and visual nuances. The palette, unusually warm for the material, offers the shades Ivory, Beige, Dove, and Greige in 60×60, 60×120, and 120×120 cm sizes with a Matt finish. The series is enriched by the 120×120 cm Dots decor, which amplifies the graphic pattern and layout possibilities.
EIDOS
With Eidos, we worked through subtraction, reworking limestone to restore its purest expression, embellished by the discreet mark of tone-on-tone fossils. The palette develops across five shades – Bianco, Avorio, Sabbia, Taupe, and Pece – in sizes from 30×60 to 120×120 cm, alongside the large 120×278 cm slab. The range ensures maximum design versatility thanks to Grip and Strutturata surfaces, the 20 mm OUT2.0 solution, the 3D Stripe relief, and three refined mosaics.
