Refin > KFC Roma Tritone
Roma Tritone - Italy
For the opening of KFC’s largest European Flagship - an 800sqm space in a historic Roman building - we acted as a 360° strategic partner.
We supported the KFC construction team by managing every finishing detail, from standard surfaces to custom special tiles, and the entire supply chain in an area where logistics are famously complex.
The primary collection selected for the project is our stone-effect series, Beat, used for all flooring in the 120x120 format in both White and Grey colorways. Beat was also chosen for the wall claddings in the special Ribbed variant—a three-dimensional texture in 60x120 format, part of our Reliefs 3D wall coverings collection.
Beat is complemented by the Mold collection in the Iron color, used for the delivery area walls and to create the large contrasting circular element that characterizes the flooring of the three-dimensional 'Bucket', designed to define the ordering zone.
Finally, the brick cladding behind the counter is a bespoke variant of our Halo collection, featuring a custom color specifically selected by the client."
Product customization and bespoke solutions
For the Rome Flagship, we supplied a comprehensive range of floor and wall surfaces, combining our regular collections with bespoke color variants developed specifically for the client. Our commitment to the design concept included multiple tailor-made solutions, such as precision-curved cuts and custom-engraved tiles. This project perfectly demonstrates our ability to combine the scale of a global manufacturer with the agility and craftsmanship of a bespoke service.
Logistics & On-Time Delivery
Operating in Via della Stamperia, just steps from the Trevi Fountain meant overcoming extreme logistical and access constraints. Our role went far beyond manufacturing: we took full responsibility for the supply chain, ensuring precision-timed deliveries and constant support during every phase of the works. By strictly adhering to the relentless construction schedule, we guaranteed that all materials reached the site without a single delay, meeting the grand opening deadline.
