4 families developed in 9 chromatic shades to use colour in a strategic way and
broaden the expressive potentials of ceramics.
POLVERE
In the Polvere family we find, arranged from light to dark, the neutral grey shades,
but also the so-called chromatic grey hues, both cold and warm, with a slight
hint of blue and red, that are hidden or revealed in the interaction with the
other colours.
FANGO
Elementary yellow and red hues come into play in the nine bright colours that
form the Fango family, arranged from light to dark: the yellow hues tend to red
yet maintain low saturation levels so have a tonality very similar to the nuances
of grey.
TERRA
The nine colours are organised by brightness even in the Terra family with hues
that tend from yellow to red. The colours here are more saturated and full therefore
the yellow tint comes through in a more dominant way.
TENDENZE
The Tendenze family emerges as the best way to suggest new chromatic solutions
for ceramics and, in general, for interior design projects.
Delicately sketched hues, faint ruffles of light that recall the pleated effect
of worn fabrics and of crumpled paper, mercurial waves of coarse cement that
has been polished by the passage of time: these are the distinctive traits of
Fabric, the collection that merges the pureness of shapes and technological
research.
Essential, finely-balanced ceramics with a minimalist and versatile soul, perfect
to blend into contemporary projects and make the space the absolute protagonist.
The warm hints of natural wood scared by the passage of time and of wooden tables
gently eroded by the toil of the craftsman are the protagonist of the Wood²
collection. Wood is awoken and its uniqueness rediscovered thanks to surfaces
that appear to come to life thanks to natural veining and scratches and is available
in the unusual square size that exalts its modern mood and highlights the targeted
research aimed at creating a product for interior design. Unique and innovative
even in the way it is inspired by nature, the Wood² collection gives life
to vintage atmospheres in venues of lived-in charm.
The Wood² collection is available in the LEED version, manufactured using
a mixture that combines ceramic-derived recycled material and post-consumer
glass recycled from obsolete cathode-ray tube TV sets.
Thanks to this combination of different materials, Wood² Leed tiles meet
sustainable building standards set out by the Leadership in Energy and Environmental
Design certification and mean that using them in your project earns credits
for Materials and Resource category.
Nordik is the ceramic interpretation of a Scandinavian natural stone, a material
that has traditionally been used in the architecture of North-European countries
and that, today, is increasingly being adopted in interior design projects.
The new collection by Refin has the air of fascination so typical of the Nordic
countries the series takes its inspiration from, evoking them through elegance
and refined minimalism, features that stem from the balanced graphic, and emanate
from delicate natural shades. Bright and darker hues, cold grey tints and warm
beige and brown nuances reflecting light that recollects suggestions of unrivalled,
breath-taking landscapes.
Nordik is the expression of the traditional Swedish and Scandinavian living
styles and its look is in line with the most cutting-edge trends of interior
design: this makes Nordik the perfect design solution to meet the most demanding
style needs in public and residential venues.
