Eco-Leader: the right tile for Leed certification
The brand new Eco-Leader is the latest amongst Ceramiche Refin’s avant-garde collections. It is manufactured using a 40% recycled material therefore it meets the requirements set by the LEED certification (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), the most important and severe American certification for energy and the environment. The Eco-Leader collection, in the 60x60 size (24”x24”), has a 10 mm thickness and it is available in three different colours inspired by natural elements: ground, sand and stone. Thanks to the Eco-Leader collection, Ceramiche Refin expresses its concern as well as its active commitment towards environmental policies, as demonstrated over the years up to and including obtaining Ecolabel certification, the European Union certification for environmental friendliness.
X-Stone: avant-garde outdoor design
Ceramiche Refin’s X-STONE collection dresses outdoor areas with the aesthetic quality of natural stone and the resistance of porcelain stoneware, adding a never-before-seen interpretation with an eye on modern design trends. The X-STONE collection avails itself of excellent technical performance thanks to its 11mm thickness, which makes the surface extremely resistant and suitable for many uses, both in public and residential environments, and outdoor as well as indoor areas. X-STONE, available in the four colours - stone, iron, wood and sand - offers a broad range of sizes, amongst which is X-STONE LIGHT, an innovative tile with embedded optic fibres which meet at its centre and can illuminate outdoor paths and walkways requiring light at night.
