Murcia
The Murcia collection takes inspiration from the Crema Marfil marble, a world-famous
natural stone from Spain, and takes its name from the Spanish region where the
stone is mined. The marble is brought up to date in a ceramic collection featuring
the look and versatility of the natural stone enriched with the excellent technical
performances so typical of Refin top quality porcelain stoneware: innovative,
eco-sustainable and 100% Made in Italy.
The Marcia tiles evoke the traditional surface of Crema Marfil marble and they
are available in two versions, both light in colour and both with the characteristic
darker, irregular veining which animate, with a changeable amount of intensity,
the uniform backdrop colour. Marcia is a natural collection, not only because
it reinterprets a precious natural stone but also, and especially because it
is a totally eco-compatible product. The Marcia tiles are manufactured using
an appreciated ceramic mix containing 20% post-consumer recycled glass, derived
from the recycling of obsolete cathode ray tube TV sets and monitors.
Thanks to their percentage of post-consumer recycled glass, the use of Marcia
tiles means the allocation of the maximum possible LEED rating credits and represents
an eco-sustainable solution for the green building industry.
Bernini
The collection is inspired by travertine marble that, thanks to its timeless
elegance, was the protagonist of various sculptures and architectural works
of Bernini.
The Bernini collection evokes the classic look of the natural stone, yet has
the excellent technical performances of porcelain stoneware, the result of Refin's
long standing experience in the sector.
All the majesty and refinement of natural marble enshrined in an exclusive and
innovative product, the perfect choice to create eternal, alluring atmospheres.
The Bernini series is available in 4 colours retracing the colour palette and
veining typical of travertine marble: ivory, beige, walnut and grey. All colours
are offered in different sizes - 60x60, 30x60, 45x45, 30x30 – and with
three different surface finishes – smooth, honed and aged – to meet
the most demanding living styles.
Bluetech
Palladio
This collection is inspired by Piasentina stone, a building material traditionally
used in Italy and immortalised by Palladio as a noble architectural material
and used for the building of monuments and for the Ville Venete, which brought
him fame across the world.
The collection is characterised by flashing and intense chromatic variations
typical of the celebrated natural stone, and the surface has been designed to
reinterpret the value of ancient materials in new venues, creating the typical
colour and surface effect of natural stone.
The Palladio collection meets the most diverse planning needs: it is perfect
for outdoor floor and wall coverings – a use that compliments the anti-slip
features of the surface (R11) and its excellent performances – as well
as for indoor coverings, for which the Palladio IN version with smooth finish
(R) is more suitable.
The colours the Palladio series is available in are pearl (light grey), traditional
(a dark brown grey typical of the Piasentina stone) and beige, all colours come
in 60x60 and 30x60 and in both finishes (R9 and R11)
Interesting Note: the name “pietra piasentina” (Piasentina stone),
derives from the fact that Palladio's patrons particularly liked this
stone, saying in their dialect “la piase”, that is to say a stone
that people like.
Tracce
Past and future, tradition and innovation, history and news. These apparently contrasting themes were the basis for the new collection by Ceramiche Refin: TRACCE.
TRACCE is produced with the same resistance features of standard thickness porcelain stoneware but is also available in the Skin version, the new 4.8 mm thick porcelain stoneware.
TRACCE is available in 60x60, 45X45 and 30x60, three sizes that, in the slim thickness version, facilitate installation procedures. The collection is available in six colours: Luce (white), Sabbia (beige), Creta (tobacco), Terra (brown), Cenere (light grey), Ombra (dark grey)
